• Visa assistance fees are non-refundable once the application has been filed
• Any refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval

• Any delay or failure in visa processing caused by government authorities
• Decisions made by universities or immigration departments

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
